  • 2 Chicken Breast Fillets lightly pounded
  • 2 tbsp Taco Spice
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • ¼ cup Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend
  • ¼ cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 250 grams Cooked Rotini Pasta
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Chopped Cilantro for garnish
