- ½ cup Diced White Onions
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 2 cups Cooked Brown Rice
- 2 Bell Peppers cut in half and cored
- 6 oz Shredded Mozzarella
