Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz. Rice noodles
  • 12 oz. Shrimp peeled and deveined with the tails on or off
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • Β½ C. Chopped onion
  • 1 Red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 Roma tomato chopped
  • Β½ C. Matchstick carrots
  • ΒΌ C. Green onions chopped
  • Β½ C. Chopped fresh basil

For the sauce:

  • 2 tsp. Minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp. Sesame oil
  • ΒΌ C. Soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
  • Red pepper flakes to taste optional

Instructions
