- 500 grams Ground Beef
- 1 packet Taco seasoning
- 1 medium Onion minced
- 1 14 oz tin Diced Tomatoes
- 1 15 oz can Black Beans drained
- 4 oz Mexican Cheese Blend shredded
- 250 grams Pasta cooked according to package directions
Brown beef in a pan.
Add onions and sautee until translucent.
Stir in taco seasoning.
Add diced tomatoes and black beans. Bring to a simmer.
Toss in the cooked pasta.
Top with shredded cheese to serve.
