Buffalo Chicken Enchiladas

- 400 grams Rotisserie Chicken shredded
- 1/2 c Buffalo Wing Sauce
- 4 oz Cream Cheese
- 4 Flour Tortillas
For Serving:
- 3 tbsp Ranch Dressing
- ΒΌ cup Chopped Scallions
Mix together the chicken, cream cheese, and wing sauce in a bowl.
Slightly heat the tortillas until soft.
Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll up to close.
Lightly brush a baking dish with butter.
Lay tortillas side-by-side in the baking dish.
Stir together all ingredients for the sauce and pour over the tortillas.
Bake for 15 minutes at 400F.
To serve, drizzle ranch and top with chopped spring onions.
