Ingredients
  

  • 400 grams Rotisserie Chicken shredded
  • 1/2 c Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese
  • 4 Flour Tortillas

For the Sauce:

  • Β½ cup Marinara Sauce
  • ΒΌ cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • ΒΌ cup Chicken Stock

For Serving:

  • 3 tbsp Ranch Dressing
  • ΒΌ cup Chopped Scallions

Instructions
 

  • Mix together the chicken, cream cheese, and wing sauce in a bowl.
  • Slightly heat the tortillas until soft.
  • Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll up to close.
  • Lightly brush a baking dish with butter.
  • Lay tortillas side-by-side in the baking dish.
  • Stir together all ingredients for the sauce and pour over the tortillas.
  • Bake for 15 minutes at 400F.
  • To serve, drizzle ranch and top with chopped spring onions.
