Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Shrimps peeled
  • ¼ cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 4 Flour Tortillas
  • 2 cups Shredded Romaine Lettuce
  • 1/3 cup Sliced Red Onions
  • 3 tbsp Ranch Dressing

For the Batter:

  • Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan.
  • Mix together all ingredients for the batter in a bowl.
  • Toss in shrimps until evenly coated.
  • Deep fry until golden. Strain out any excess oil.
  • In a bowl, toss shrimps in buffalo wing sauce.
  • In a separate bowl, toss together lettuce, onions, and ranch dressing.
  • Heat tortillas then fill with lettuce and shrimps.
