- 1 cup Shrimps peeled
- ¼ cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
- 4 Flour Tortillas
- 2 cups Shredded Romaine Lettuce
- 1/3 cup Sliced Red Onions
- 3 tbsp Ranch Dressing
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan.
Mix together all ingredients for the batter in a bowl.
Toss in shrimps until evenly coated.
Deep fry until golden. Strain out any excess oil.
In a bowl, toss shrimps in buffalo wing sauce.
In a separate bowl, toss together lettuce, onions, and ranch dressing.
Heat tortillas then fill with lettuce and shrimps.
