- 1/2 cup Chopped Bacon
- 1 cup Diced Bell Peppers red and green
- 6 Eggs beaten
- ½ cup American Cheese shredded
- 4 small Flour Tortillas
Cook bacon in a non-stick pan until fat is rendered.
Add bell peppers and toss for about a minute.
Stir in eggs until cooked.
Take out of the heat and stir in cheese.
Divide the mixture onto the tortillas.
Roll up each tortilla to close, securing edges with a skewer.
Arrange the burritos on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 350F.
