Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Chopped Bacon
  • 1 cup Diced Bell Peppers red and green
  • 6 Eggs beaten
  • ½ cup American Cheese shredded
  • 4 small Flour Tortillas

Instructions
 

  • Cook bacon in a non-stick pan until fat is rendered.
  • Add bell peppers and toss for about a minute.
  • Stir in eggs until cooked.
  • Take out of the heat and stir in cheese.
  • Divide the mixture onto the tortillas.
  • Roll up each tortilla to close, securing edges with a skewer.
  • Arrange the burritos on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 350F.
