Ingredients
  

For the Waffles:

  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • pinch of Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • ΒΌ cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

For the Filling:

  • ΒΌ cup Peanut Butter
  • 2 tbsp Heavy Cream
  • 1 tbsp Powdered Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  • Blend in the egg, sugar, milk, oil, and vanilla extract.
  • Lightly coat a waffle iron with cooking spray.
  • Ladle batter into the iron and cook for about 5-7 minutes.
  • Blend together ingredients for the filling in a bowl.
  • Take waffles and fill with peanut butter mixture.
  • Top with another waffle
