For the Waffles:
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- pinch of Salt
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 cup Milk
- ΒΌ cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
For the Filling:
- ΒΌ cup Peanut Butter
- 2 tbsp Heavy Cream
- 1 tbsp Powdered Sugar
Whisk together flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
Blend in the egg, sugar, milk, oil, and vanilla extract.
Lightly coat a waffle iron with cooking spray.
Ladle batter into the iron and cook for about 5-7 minutes.
Blend together ingredients for the filling in a bowl.
Take waffles and fill with peanut butter mixture.
Top with another waffle
