- 1 Egg
- ½ cup Milk
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp Butter
- For the Filling
- 2 tbsp Cream Cheese softened
- 1 tbsp Butter softened
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- ½ tsp Cinnamon Powder
Whisk together ingredients for the filling in a bowl.
Spread prepared filling onto a slice of bread. Top with another slice to form a sandwich. Repeat for the remaining ingredients.
Press sandwiches in a sandwich sealer.
Whisk together egg, milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl deep dish.
Dip sandwich pockets in the milk mixture until evenly coated.
