- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tbsp Baking Powder
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- ΒΌ tsp Salt
- Β½ cup Milk
- 1 Egg beaten
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- Β½ cup White Sugar
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal lightly crushed
Pre-heat oven to 350F. Line a loaf pan with parchment.
Whisk together egg, vegetable oil, sugars, and vanilla in a bowl.
Blend flour, baking powder, cinnamon powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
Blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
Fold in about 2/3 of the cereal into the batter.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and top with remaining cereal.
Bake for 30 minutes.
