Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • pinch of Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • ¼ cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • For the Egg Dip
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • For Serving
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Powdered Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  • Blend in the egg, sugar, milk, oil, and vanilla extract.
  • Heat butter in a non-stick skillet.
  • Ladle batter into the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for another minute. Set pancakes aside.
  • Whisk together milk, egg, and vanilla extract in a deep dish.
  • Melt butter in a non-stick pan.
  • Dip pancakes into the egg mixture and cook in the pan until golden on both sides.
  • To serve, drizzle maple syrup on top and dust with powdered sugar.
