Ingredients
  

For the Waffles:

  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • pinch of Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • ΒΌ cup Canola Oil

For the Cinnamon Butter:

  • 2 tbsp Soft Butter
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

For the Icing:

  • 1 tbsp Cream Cheese
  • 3 tbsp Powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp Heavy Cream

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together egg, sugar, milk, and oil.
  • Blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
  • Lightly coat a waffle iron with cooking spray.
  • Ladle batter into the iron and cook for about 5-7 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, blend all ingredients for the cinnamon butter.
  • Slice each waffle in half and fill with cinnamon butter.
  • Place waffles back together
  • Cut filled waffles into sticks.
  • Blend together all ingredients for the icing and drizzle over waffle sticks.
