Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices White Bread crusts trimmed off
  • 1 Egg
  • Β½ cup Milk
  • Β½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • ΒΌ cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 medium Banana sliced into wedges
  • 1 tbsp Powdered Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Spread peanut butter onto a slice of bread.
  • Put a slice of banana near one edge of the bread.
  • Roll all the way to the other end forming a log.
  • Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  • Whisk together egg, milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl deep dish.
  • Dip each roll in the milk mixture until evenly coated.
  • Heat butter in a non-stick skillet.
  • Toast roll-ups until golden on all sides.
  • Dust with powdered sugar to serve.
