Waffle Corn Dogs

For the Waffles:
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- pinch of Salt
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 cup Milk
- ΒΌ cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 4 Hotdogs sliced into wedges
Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
Blend in the egg, sugar, milk, oil, and vanilla extract.
Lightly coat a waffle iron with cooking spray.
Ladle about ΒΌ cup of the batter in. Arrange hotdog pieces on top then drizzle about another tablespoon of batter on top. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
Take waffles and cut in strips.
Serve with ketchup on the side.
