Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Mashed Bananas
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Melted Butter
  • 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • ½ cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together sugar and butter in a bowl. Whisk in the eggs and then the mashed bananas and vanilla extract.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
  • Fold the chocolate chips into the batter.
  • Pour the batter into a loaf pan lined with parchment.
  • Bake for 45 minutes at 350F.
