Ingredients
  

  • For the Cupcakes
  • cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • ¼ cup Vegetable Oil
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • ½ cup Milk

For Garnish:

  • 6 Ice Cream Cones trimmed
  • 2 tbsp Candy Sprinkles

For the Whipped Cream Topping:

  • 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream chilled
  • ¼ cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350F and line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
  • Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, blend together egg, oil, sugar, and vanilla.
  • Blend the wet mixture into the dry ingredients.
  • Stir the milk in just until batter is smooth.
  • Divide the batter into the cupcake pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Take out of the oven and leave to cool.
  • Whisk together whipping cream cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a bowl until firm.
  • Transfer whipped cream to a piping bag.
  • Top cupcakes with whipped cream, ice cream cones, and candy sprinkles.
