- 4 slices White Bread crusts trimmed off
- 4 slices Bacon cooked
- 4 slices Cheese (your choice)
- 2 Eggs cooked scrambled
For the Egg Wash:
- 1 Egg
- ½ cup Milk
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp Butter
Top bread slices with cheese, bacon, and eggs. Roll into logs.
Whisk together egg, milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl deep dish.
Dip each roll in the milk mixture until evenly coated.
Heat butter in a non-stick skillet.
Toast roll-ups until golden on all sides.
