- 3 tbsp Milk
- 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- Β½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp M&M Candies
- 1 tbsp Chocolate Syrup
Whisk together milk, vegetable oil, sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
Blend in flour and baking powder until smooth.
