Shrimp Chorizo Pasta

- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Chorizo Sausage slice
- 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 8-10 pcs. Large Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 200 grams Cooked Spaghetti
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan
- Fresh Parsley for garnish
Heat olive oil in a pan.
Add chorizo and cook until brown on both sides.
Add garlic and red pepper flakes. Sautee until aromatic.
Add shrimp and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Toss in cooked pasta and about a quarter cup of pasta water.
Season with salt and pepper.
Top with grated parmesan and fresh parsley.
