  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Chorizo Sausage slice
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 8-10 pcs. Large Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 200 grams Cooked Spaghetti
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan
  • Fresh Parsley for garnish


  • Heat olive oil in a pan.
  • Add chorizo and cook until brown on both sides.
  • Add garlic and red pepper flakes. Sautee until aromatic.
  • Add shrimp and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Toss in cooked pasta and about a quarter cup of pasta water.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Top with grated parmesan and fresh parsley.
