- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Minced Shallots
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic
- ½ tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 tbsp Chopped Anchovy Fillets
- ½ cup Diced Tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Sliced Black Olives
- 1 tbsp Capers
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 200 grams Cooked Spaghetti
- 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan
- Fresh Parsley for garnish
Heat olive oil in a pan.
Add shallots, garlic, red pepper flakes, and anchovies. Stir until aromatic.
Add tomatoes, olives, and capers. Saute for 1-2 minutes.
Season as needed with salt and pepper.
Toss in pasta.
Top with freshly grated parmesan and chopped parsley.
