- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Flour
- ½ cup Milk
- ½ cup Dark Lager
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1.5 cups Sharp Cheddar
- Pinch of Cayenne
Melt butter in a non-stick pot.
Dust in the flour and roast briefly.
Stir in the milk and lager until smooth. Bring to a simmer.
Stir in Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
Blend in the cheese.
Season with cayenne and salt as needed.
