Super delicious taco spaghetti pasta recipe you don't want to pass up.
- 300 grams Ground Beef
- ¼ cup Diced White Onions
- 2 tbsp Taco Seasoning
- Salt to taste
- ½ cup Diced Tomatoes
- 4 cups Water
- 150 grams Dry Spaghetti
- ½ cup Shredded Mexican Cheese
- ¼ cup Chopped CIlantro
Brown ground beef in a pan. Cook until brown and fat is fully rendered.
Add onions and stir until translucent.
Season with salt and taco spice.
Stir in water and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
Add spaghetti and simmer until al dente. Add more water as needed.
Sprinkle cheese on top then put the lid on. Simmer over low heat until cheese is melted.
Top with fresh cilantro.
