Ingredients
  

  • 250 grams Large Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • ΒΌ cup Chopped Scallions
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • Β½ tsp Grated Ginger

Instructions
 

  • Stir together soy sauce, mirin, sugar, water, and grated ginger in a bowl. Set aside.
  • Heat butter in a wok.
  • Add shrimps and scallions. Stir for a minute.
  • Stir in sauce and simmer until slightly thickened.
  • Garnish with more chopped scallions and serve over white rice.
