Warm the olive oil in a nonstick frying pan over medium heat.
Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper to taste, dried oregano, and paprika powder.
Place the salmon fillet and cook on each side for 3-4 minutes.
Flip the salmon fillet and add the sriracha, mustard, honey, and garlic.
Cook for about 2 more minutes and stir in the lemon juice.
Serve with lemon slices, chopped spring onion and sesame seeds on top.
