Gluten Free Cheeseburger Wraps

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 gluten free tortillas
  • ¾ cup grated cheese
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • Sriracha sauce for garnish
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a nonstick frying pan over medium heat warm the olive oil and start cooking the ground meat.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, dried oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, ketchup, and mustard.
  • Cook for about 10 minutes until cooked through completely.
  • Add some of the ground meat mixture to one tortilla and top with grated cheese, tomato slices, and iceberg lettuce.
  • Wrap the whole tortilla like burrito and cook on medium heat in a greased pan for about 2 minutes on each side.
  • Cut in half and serve with sriracha sauce and chopped parsley.
