In a nonstick frying pan over medium heat warm the olive oil and start cooking the ground meat.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, dried oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, ketchup, and mustard.
Cook for about 10 minutes until cooked through completely.
Add some of the ground meat mixture to one tortilla and top with grated cheese, tomato slices, and iceberg lettuce.
Wrap the whole tortilla like burrito and cook on medium heat in a greased pan for about 2 minutes on each side.
Cut in half and serve with sriracha sauce and chopped parsley.
