Ingredients
  

  • 1 1 ⁄2 lbs. Boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into pieces
  • 1 lb. Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb. Smoked sausage sliced
  • 1 ⁄2 C. Celery chopped
  • 1 ⁄2 Onion Chopped
  • 1 Red bell pepper chopped
  • 3 tsp. Minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. Tomato paste
  • 2 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning
  • 1 Can diced tomatoes
  • 1 C. Chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place all of the ingredients into the Crockpot.
  • Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8.
  • Serve alone or over cauliflower rice if desired.
