Ingredients
  

  • 6 Boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp. Paprika
  • ½ tsp. Oregano
  • ½ tsp. Basil
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1 Small onion quartered
  • 3 tsp. Minced garlic
  • ½ C. Chicken broth
  • 1 Lemon cut into slices

Instructions
 

  • Add the olive oil to a skillet over medium high heat.
  • Season the chicken on both sides with the paprika, oregano, basil and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Sear the chicken evenly on both sides to brown it.
  • Place the onion, minced garlic and chicken broth in the bottom of the crockpot.
  • Add the chicken to the crockpot.
  • Top the chicken with the sliced lemon.
  • Cook on high for 4 hours.
