- 8 oz package portobello mushrooms washed and de-stemmed
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- 4 oz mozzarella cheese
- 1 small roma tomato
- ΒΌ cup mini pepperoni slices
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Wash the mushrooms, and remove the stems. Line mushrooms on a baking sheet.
Rinse tomato and chop into small chunks.
In a small bowl, combine soft cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, and tomatoes. Stir.
Stuff mushrooms with mixture.
Place mini pepperoni slices on top of mushrooms.
Bake for 12-14 minutes.
Remove from ove, and serve hot.
