Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz package portobello mushrooms washed and de-stemmed
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 4 oz mozzarella cheese
  • 1 small roma tomato
  • ΒΌ cup mini pepperoni slices

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Wash the mushrooms, and remove the stems. Line mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  • Rinse tomato and chop into small chunks.
  • In a small bowl, combine soft cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, and tomatoes. Stir.
  • Stuff mushrooms with mixture.
  • Place mini pepperoni slices on top of mushrooms.
  • Bake for 12-14 minutes.
  • Remove from ove, and serve hot.
