  • Pancake Mix
  • Sausage Links
  • Cooking Spray
  • Syrup

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a mixing bow, prepare pancake mix according to the directions on the box.
  • Fill the muffin tin with batter.
  • Cut up each of the sausage links and place several sausage pieces on top of the pancake batter.
  • Place in the oven and bake for about 15-30 minutes or until the tops spring back.
  • Serve with syrup
