Using a medium bowl, whisk the green apple gelatin and 1 C boiling water until combined and the
gelatin has dissolved
Whisk in 1⁄2 C cold water and 1⁄2 C sour green apple vodka
Using a measuring cup with a spout or a syringe (This is easier to measure the amount of gelatin
in each cup) fill each gelatin cup about 3⁄4 full with the sour green apple gelatin
Place the gelatin cups into the fridge for about 60 minutes so that the gelatin can firm up
Using a medium bowl, add 1⁄4 C cold water and the 1 unflavored gelatin packages
Allow to sit for 5 minutes
Whisk in the 1⁄2 C boiling water and whisk until dissolved
Whisk in the sweetened condensed milk and 1⁄4 C sour green apple vodka
Whisk in a few drops of the neon green food coloring
Allow the white mixture to cool slightly
Top the gelatin shots with the cloudy green gelatin until about full
Place into the fridge overnight
When ready to serve, scoop 1 tablespoon of the green apple popping boba on top of the gelatin
shots
