Zombie Gelatin Shots
Get your Halloween party started right with these zombie gelatin shots.
Ingredients
- Red Layer
- 2 1 ⁄4 oz packages of Gelatin
- 1 ⁄2 cup Cold Water
- 1 can 14 oz Condensed Milk
- 1 cup Hot water
- 3 drops Red Food Coloring
- 1 ⁄4 cup Whiskey chilled
- Black and Green Layer
- 2 1 ⁄4 oz packages of Gelatin
- 1 ⁄2 cup Cold Water
- 1 can 14 oz Condensed Milk
- 1 cup Hot water
- 3 drops Black Food Coloring
- 2 drops of Green Food Coloring
- 1 ⁄4 cup Tequila chilled
- Garnish
- Red Boba for garnish
Instructions
- Red Layer
- In a medium sized bowl add the gelatin and cold water.
- Whisk to combine.
- Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Boil 1 cup of water.
- Add the water to the gelatin.
- Mix until combined.
- Next add the condensed milk, red food coloring, and chilled liquor.
- Mix until combined.
- Using the injector, fill the gelatin mixture into the condiment cups 1⁄2 of the way full.
- Chill for 1 hour.
- Black and Green Layer
- In a medium sized bowl add the gelatin and cold water.
- Whisk to combine.
- Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Boil 1 cup of water.
- Add the water to the gelatin.
- Mix until combined.
- Next add the condensed milk, and chilled liquor.
- Mix until combined.
- Separate the mixture into 2 bowls.
- Add black food coloring to one bowl, mix to combine.
- Add green food coloring to one bowl, mix to combine.
- Using the injector, fill the black gelatin mixture into the condiment cups 1⁄4 full.
- Chill for 1 hour.
- Set the green to the side, keep at room temperature.
- Remove the gelatin cups and fill with the green layer until full.
- Chill for 1 hour.
- Garnish with the boba, and maraschino cherry, and serve.
