Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 tbsp Peanut Oil
  • 200 grams Chinese Chorizo sliced
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp Minced Ginger
  • 2 cups Shredded Cabbage
  • ½ cup Sliced Carrots
  • 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 2 blocks Instant Ramen cooked according to instructions
  • ¼ cup Chopped Spring Onions

Instructions
 

  • Heat peanut oil in a wok.
  • Add chorizo slices and cook until fat is rendered.
  • Add ginger and garlic. Sautee until aromatic.
  • Add cabbage and carrots. Stir for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add cooked ramen and oyster sauce. Toss well.
  • Garnish with spring onions.
