- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 150 grams Pepperoni chopped
- 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
- ¼ cup Chopped Red Onions
- 1 Medium Green Bell Pepper chopped
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 200 grams Cooked Rotini Pasta
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup Shredded Mozzarella
- Fresh Basil Leaves for garnish
Heat olive oil in a skillet.
Add pepperoni and cook until fat is rendered.
Add onions and bell peppers. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Add tomato paste. Roast for 1-2 minutes.
Add heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
Toss in cooked linguine.
Season with salt and pepper as needed.
Top with shredded mozzarella and fresh basil.
