- 1 Large Carrot
- 1 large Stalk Celery
- 1 Tbs Minced Garlic
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Pepper
- 1 Plain Rotisserie Chicken
- 1 Cup Rice
- 5 Cups Chicken Broth
Chop the carrot & celery onto bite sized pieces.
Pour the chicken broth, rice, salt, pepper, garlic, carrots & celery into the instant pot.
Shred the rotisserie chicken and place the chicken pieces onto the instant pot.
Place the lid on the Instant Pot & close the steam vent.
Set the instant pot to HIGH pressure using the manual setting.
Set the time to 10 minutes.
Use the natural release.
