- Phyllo Baking Shells
- 1/2 Pound Shredded Chicken
- 5 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 4 oz Cream Cheese
- 1/4 Cup Buffalo Sauce
- Green Onion Optional Garnish
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Pepper
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, Buffalo sauce, cream cheese, 4oz cheddar cheese, salt & pepper.
Place the phyllo shells into a muffin tin and fill each shell with the Buffalo chicken mixture.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese & green onion on top.
Bake for 5 minutes.
Serve while warm.
