Ingredients
  

  • ½ frozen banana
  • ¾ cup vanilla yogurt
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup pecans
  • 1 ½ Tbsp raisins
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla almond butter
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • Pinch of nutmeg cloves, and cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse for about 15 seconds until mixture has become creamy.
  • Pour into glass and garnish with cinnamon.
