In a large mixing bowl, using a hand or stand mixer, whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks (about 3 minutes.)
In a separate bowl, mix the condensed milk, chocolate syrup, vanilla, and salt, whisking until smooth.
Fold the mixture from step 2 into the whipped cream until well incorporated. Add the mixture to a freezer-safe loaf pan and freeze until hard (about 2 hours.)
