  • 2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 full size Snickers Candy Bars (about 2), cut into small pieces
  • Β½ teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • ΒΌ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt


  • In a large mixing bowl, using a hand or stand mixer, whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks (about 3 minutes.)
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the condensed milk, vanilla bean paste and salt.
  • Fold the mixture from step 2 into the whipped cream until well incorporated.
  • Gently fold in half of the Snickers bar pieces.
  • Add the mixture to a freezer-safe loaf pan. Sprinkle the remaining Snickers bar pieces on top of the ice cream mixture and freeze until hard (about 2-3 hours.)


Freeze any remaining ice cream
