2full size Snickers Candy Bars (about 2), cut into small pieces
Β½teaspoonvanilla bean paste
ΒΌteaspoonpink Himalayan salt
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, using a hand or stand mixer, whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks (about 3 minutes.)
In a separate bowl, whisk together the condensed milk, vanilla bean paste and salt.
Fold the mixture from step 2 into the whipped cream until well incorporated.
Gently fold in half of the Snickers bar pieces.
Add the mixture to a freezer-safe loaf pan. Sprinkle the remaining Snickers bar pieces on top of the ice cream mixture and freeze until hard (about 2-3 hours.)
