Ingredients
  

  • 2 Chicken Breast Fillets
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun Spice Blend
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Salt, to taste

For the salsa :

  • ½ cup Diced Pineapples
  • 1 Jalapeno, deseeded and diced
  • 1 small Shallot, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Toss together all ingredients for the salsa in a bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
  • Brush chicken fillets with olive oil. Season with salt and cajun spice on both sides.
  • Grill for 7-10 minutes per side.
  • Top with fruit salsa
