3cupFruity Pebbles Cereal, plus ΒΌ cup crushed for garnish
1 package8-ounce cream cheese at room temperature
114 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
18-ounce tub of whipped topping
2tablespoonlemon juice
Instructions
Spray a mini muffin tin with cooking oil
In a large mixing bowl, add cream cheese and beat on medium for 1 minute, until light and fluffy.
Beat in sweetened condensed milk
Add in the whipped topping. Beat on low for 1 minute.
Add in the lemon juice. Beat on high until the mixture forms stiff peaks; about 2-3 minutes.
Fold in 3 cups of the Fruity Pebbles Cereal, one cup at a time.
Place the mixture in fridge for one hour. Using a small ice cream scoop, add one scoop of the mixture to each cavity of the muffin tin. Sprinkle with the crushed cereal.
