- 15 fresh medium sized Strawberries
- 7 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon stevia
- 3 tablespoon butter, softened at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a blender blitz the fresh strawberries until they break up and puree consistency forms.
In a bowl mix cream cheese, vanilla extract, stevia and butter together. When well mixed, add in the purred strawberries and mix them until fully incorporated and combined.
Place the bowl in fridge for about 30 minutes.
Scoop out some of the mixture and serve
