Ingredients
  

  • 15 fresh medium sized Strawberries
  • 7 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon stevia
  • 3 tablespoon butter, softened at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • In a blender blitz the fresh strawberries until they break up and puree consistency forms.
  • In a bowl mix cream cheese, vanilla extract, stevia and butter together.
  • When well mixed, add in the purred strawberries and mix them until fully incorporated and combined.
  • Place the bowl in fridge for about 30 minutes.
  • Scoop out some of the mixture and serve
  • Enjoy.
