Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • cup Cream Cheese
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 tbsp. Stevia or your favorite sweetener
  • 1 tbsp. Powdered sugar-free sweetener to cover
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Mix almond flour, cream cheese, the juice of the lemon, vanilla and 2 tbsp. Stevia until well combined.
  • Grate the lemon zest.
  • Form the balls and sprinkle with powdered sweetener and more lemon zest.
