- 1 cup Almond Flour
- ⅓ cup Cream Cheese
- 1 Lemon
- 2 tbsp. Stevia or your favorite sweetener
- 1 tbsp. Powdered sugar-free sweetener to cover
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
Mix almond flour, cream cheese, the juice of the lemon, vanilla and 2 tbsp. Stevia until well combined.
Grate the lemon zest.
Form the balls and sprinkle with powdered sweetener and more lemon zest.
