Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 lb. ground pork
  • 2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 1 ½ cup almond flour
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Eggs
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Toppings:

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • ½ green bell pepper, seeded, sliced
  • 6 black pitted olives, halved
  • 2 ounce thinly sliced pepperoni

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 365F:
  • In a mixing bowl, combine pork, Italian Seasoning, cream cheese, almond flour, mozzarella cheese, Cheddar cheese, eggs, and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix well to combine thoroughly.
  • Line a sheet pan with baking paper.
  • Transfer the mixture into a 13x9-inch sheet pan and press down with a spatula to distribute evenly.
  • Bake the crust for 15 minutes.
  • Remove the crust from the oven. Top the crust with mozzarella, Cheddar, bell pepper, pepperoni, and olives.
  • Continue to bake the pizza for 25 minutes.
  • Cool the pizza for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
