Easy Glaze Donut Muffins

- 1¼ cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Egg
- ¼ cup Melted Butter
- 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- ½ cup Milk
- For the Glaze
- 1/3 cup Powdered Sugar
- 2 tbsp Milk
Whisk together flour, baking powder, and cinnamon in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, blend together egg, butter, sugar, and vanilla extract.
Blend the wet mixture into the dry ingredients.
Stir the milk in just until batter is smooth.
Divide the batter into a muffin pan and bake for 20-25 minutes at 350F.
Meanwhile, stir together powdered sugar and milk in a bowl.
Take muffins out of the oven and leave to cool before glazing.
