Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Spice
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • pinch of Salt
  • Β½ cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • ΒΌ cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Maple Syrup for serving

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together flour, pumpkin spice, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, egg, sugar, milk, oil, and vanilla extract.
  • Blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
  • Ladle batter into a lightly oiled pan and cook for 2-3 minutes or until bubbly. Flip and cook for another minute.
  • Drizzle maple syrup on top to serve.
