- 1 tsp Pumpkin Spice
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- pinch of Salt
- Β½ cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Milk
- ΒΌ cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Maple Syrup for serving
Whisk together flour, pumpkin spice, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, egg, sugar, milk, oil, and vanilla extract.
Blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
Ladle batter into a lightly oiled pan and cook for 2-3 minutes or until bubbly. Flip and cook for another minute.
Drizzle maple syrup on top to serve.
