- 1 bag Microwave Popcorn cooked according to package instructions
- Β½ cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Light Corn Syrup
- ΒΌ cup Butter
- Β½ tsp Gingerbread Spice
Combine sugar, butter, corn syrup, and gingerbread spice and heat on stove until melted and has thickened a bit - stir continually.
Microwave for another 1-2 minutes.
Pour mixture over prepared popcorn and blend to coat evenly.
Spread popcorn on a baking tray lined with parchment.
Bake for 30 minutes at 275F.
Take out of the oven and leave to cool.
