Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • Β½ tsp Gingerbread Spice
  • pinch of Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Molasses
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • ΒΌ cup Melted Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

For Serving:

  • Powdered Sugar
  • Maple Syrup

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together flour, cinnamon, baking powder, gingerbread spice, and salt in a bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together egg, molasses, sugar, milk, butter, and vanilla extract.
  • Blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
  • Lightly coat a waffle iron with cooking spray.
  • Ladle batter into the iron and cook for about 5-7 minutes.
  • Dust powdered sugar on top of the waffles and serve with maple syrup.
