- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- Β½ tsp Gingerbread Spice
- pinch of Salt
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Molasses
- 1/2 cup Milk
- ΒΌ cup Melted Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
For Serving:
- Powdered Sugar
- Maple Syrup
Whisk together flour, cinnamon, baking powder, gingerbread spice, and salt in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together egg, molasses, sugar, milk, butter, and vanilla extract.
Blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
Lightly coat a waffle iron with cooking spray.
Ladle batter into the iron and cook for about 5-7 minutes.
Dust powdered sugar on top of the waffles and serve with maple syrup.
