Ingredients
  

For the Dough:

  • 2 cups Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • Β½ tsp Salt
  • ΒΌ cup Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Warm Milk
  • ΒΌ cup Soft Butter

For the Filling:

  • 2 cups Diced Apples
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • ΒΌ tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • Β½ cup Water

For the Glaze:

  • 1/3 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Milk

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients for the dough in bowl. Mix until evenly blended. Leave to rest for 15 minutes.
  • Combine all ingredients for the filling in a pan. Simmer for 10 minutes or until apples are tender.
  • Take the dough and roll into a ¼” thick sheet.
  • Spread the apple mixture onto the dough then roll into a log.
  • Cut the roll into 8 rolls.
  • Arrange the rolls in a lightly buttered baking pan.
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 350F.
  • Whisk together powdered sugar and milk in a bowl. Drizzle over the rolls.
