Cheesy Meatball Bites

For the Dough:
- Β½ cup Softened Butter
- ΒΌ cup Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1.5 cups Flour
- Β½ tsp Baking Powder
- Β½ tsp Salt
For the Filling:
- Β½ cup Bbq Sauce
- 1 cup Shredded Provolone Cheese
- 12 Meatballs
Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
Cream the butter and sugar in a separate bowl. Beat in the egg.
Add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Knead into a smooth dough. Wrap in clingfilm and refrigerate for an hour.
Put the dough on a lightly floured surface and roll out to about ΒΌβ thick.
Cut into 3.5β circles.
Press the dough into a lightly-oiled muffin tin.
Put about a tablespoon of bbq sauce into each cup.
Top with shredded cheese and a meatball.
Bake for 12-15 minutes at 375F.
