  • 200 grams Chicken Breast Fillets cut into strips
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Minced Shallots
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Chicken Stock
  • ΒΌ cup Heavy Cream
  • 3 tbsp Shredded Parmesan
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 200 grams Cooked Bowtie Pasta


  • Lightly season chicken thighs with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Heat butter in a pan.
  • Add chicken and brown on both sides & cooked.
  • Add shallots and garlic into the pan. Sautee until aromatic.
  • Add stock and bring to a simmer and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Add cream and parmesan. Simmer over low heat until thick.
  • Toss in the cooked pasta & mix well
